The Hatec S-50 is a shading system composed of hollow louvre boards which is available in fix, or manually or electrically movable versions. Ist main areas of application are residential and office buildings, hospitals, high-rise buildings, car salons, schools and industrial plants.
It can be integrated either horizontally or vertically or screwed into one element or it can be placed between aluminium or steel structures.

The incident angle of sunlight, the shading factor, the geographical position of the building and wind load and snow load are considered during planning.

The Hatec S-50 sunshade system is available with various profile cross sections.
The raw material of the anodized aluminium louvre boards is AlMgSi 0,5 alloy. All the connecting elements necessary for assembling the system are made of stainless steel (V2/V4 A):

The louvre boards are anodized in stadard design - for increasing light reflection and self-cleaning (A6C0). The boards are available in any RAL colours but in custom colour shades as well with powder-coated surface.

Owing to the special plastic bearings, the system is noiseless and eliminates longditudinal elongation.

Specification of Hatec S-50

The no-maintenance or little-maintenance system is composed of anodized, corrosion-resistant profiles. Transparent, fix or moving sunshade but which reduces direct sun radiation and heat in summer. It must insure mainly obstacle-free visibility. The system should not need either treatment or maintenance, or it should need this latter one only to a little extent. The system must be sized in accordance with ÖNORM regarding wind load and snow load. No inflection above L/200 is allowed, the fixing material should be made of either V2A or V4A stainless steel. The bearing of the vertical louvre boards must be realised in a way that the system should be able to take up the expected dilatations and deformations.
